The Department of Justice has fired a salvo in the war against patriotic Americans supporting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The DOJ has issued Investigating Terrorism and Criminal Extremism --Terms and Concepts, a 120-page propaganda addendum described as "a glossary designed primarily as a tool for criminal justice professionals to enhance their understanding of words relating to extremist terminology, phrases, activities, symbols, organizations, and selected names that they may encounter while conducting criminal investigations or prosecutions of members of extremist organizations." The DOJ glossary will be used by the federal government and increasingly federalized law enforcement to criminalize language used by the patriot movement.
The glossary describes the word "constitutionalist" as a "generic term for members of the 'patriot' movement. It is now often used to refer to members of the sovereign citizen or common law court movement. Sometimes the word 'constitutionalist' is also used."
According to Merriam-Webster, a constitutionalist is a person who adheres to a form of government according to constitutional principles.
The DOJ is now apparently in the business of newspeak. In his dystopian novel on totalitarian government, Nineteen Eighty-Four, George Orwell introduced the term doublethink, from which the terms newspeak and doublethink were later derived. Newspeak has come to mean any attempt by the government to restrict or modify language. The DOJ, in an effort to further demonize a growing patriot movement, has attempted to redefine the word consitutionalist in true newspeak fashion.
The word constitutionalists is now shorthand for the sovereign citizen movement, in other words people who support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are violent cop killers. Earlier this year, two West Memphis, Arkansas, police officers were killed in a shootout allegedly involving a man and his son who were supposedly linked to the sovereign citizen movement in Ohio and Florida.
Prior to this incident, the FBI, an agency of under the DOJ, profiled the "domestic terror threat" posed by the sovereign citizen movement. "Sovereign citizens are anti-government extremists who believe that even though they physically reside in this country, they are separate or 'sovereign' from the United States. As a result, they believe they don't have to answer to any government authority, including courts, taxing entities, motor vehicle departments, or law enforcement," the FBI wrote on April 13, 2010. One of the primary characters in Glenn Beck's New York Times number one bestselling novel The Overton Window is blatantly a caricature of our own Alex Jones, according to a reader who sent us his review of the book. Jones is fictionalized as "Daniel Baily," the patriot movement leader who tries to prevent the U.S. government from carrying out a false flag terror attack on Los Angeles.
Beck describes his book as a work of "faction," fiction based on facts, and accordingly many of the characters in the novel are people plucked from the real world with only their names changed.
The novel's plot centers around an evil public relations firm that works with Homeland Security and the CIA to collapse America from within. "An unprecedented attack on U.S. soil shakes the country to the core and puts into motion a frightening plan, decades in the making, to transform America and demonize all those who stand in the way. Amidst the chaos, many don't know the difference between conspiracy theory and conspiracy fact--or, more important, which side to fight for," states the Amazon.com promo for the book.
The Imam of the now infamous "ground zero mosque" is a member of the ultra elitist Council On Foreign Relations and receives financial backing from powerful globalist sources including the Rockefellers, the Carnegie Corporation and the Ford Foundation.
This information provides a compelling backdrop to the theory that the move to establish the mosque is a deliberate attempt to further stoke religious tensions and divert attention away from the real enemy of free humanity, the corporate globalist elite who continue to profit from global war and division.
The proposed mosque, to be known as Cordoba House is the project of the Cordoba Initiative, an organisation founded by 'Imam' Feisal Abdul Rauf (pictured above), who, in addition to being a member of the World Economic Forum's Council of 100, is an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations' Religious Advisory Committee.

The CFR, as regular readers know, is populated exclusively by major players with the biggest corporations, banks and defence contractors in the world -- all of whom are making vast profits and securing more power from continued global conflict. As part of his obsessive drive to smear anti-big government activists as insanely paranoid and dangerous radicals, Chris Matthews and his guest, establishment neo-lib David Corn, previewed tonight's "Rise of the New Right" hit piece by claiming that the elite's agenda to enact dictatorial population control measures was a "conspiracy theory".
As we have documented on numerous occasions, while Matthews points fingers at his political adversaries for preparing to engage in violence, the only real violence we're witnessing out on the streets is being committed by Obama supporters, MSNBC thugs and other leftists who refuse to tolerate free speech that counters their propaganda.
However, MSNBC's goal is not just to demonize the Tea Party and anti-big government activists as dangerous radicals as an avenue through which to sick the police state on them and crush their free speech, they're also desperate to prevent Americans from lending any credence to what people like Alex Jones have to say by acting as gatekeepers to prevent such information from becoming mainstream.
A perfect example of an issue that Matthews and his ilk want to sideline is the manifestly provable fact that elitists have for decades publicly stated their desire to reduce global population by around 80 per cent and as much as 99 per cent.
During MSNBC's Hardball show on Tuesday, Corn characterized the notion that "there is a planetary elite that literally has a secret plan to kill 80 to 99 percent of the population," as a conspiracy theory.

Corn's role in covering-up the depopulation agenda is unsurprising given his habitual tactic of trying to discredit anyone who exposes government criminality and corruption. One critic labeled Corn as someone who serves, "As a Neo-Con-lite version of someone who dismisses those who have investigated the crimes of the U.S. government," in reference to how he tried to undermine the work of the late Gary Webb, an award-winning investigative journalist who exposed the CIA's involvement in the drug trade.
Despite Corn's claims to the contrary, the global elite have been forthright, public, and unashamedly enthusiastic about their open intention to cull at least 80 per cent of humanity in the name of saving the planet.
There are still large numbers of people amongst the general public, in academia, and especially those who work for the corporate media, who are still in denial about the on-the-record stated agenda for global population reduction, as well as the consequences of this program that we already see unfolding.
We have compiled a compendium of evidence to prove that the elite have been obsessed with eugenics and its modern day incarnation, population control, for well over 100 years and that goal of global population reduction is still in full force to this day.
The World's Elite Are Discussing Population Reduction
During a recent TED conference, an organization which is sponsored by one of the largest toxic waste polluters on the planet, Gates told the audience that vaccines need to be used to reduce world population figures in order to solve global warming and lower CO2 emissions to almost zero.
Stating that the global population was heading towards 9 billion, Gates said, "If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services (abortion), we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 per cent."
Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates is referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Pelosi Wants Ground Zero Mosque Opponents Investigated

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has called for opponents of the proposed Ground Zero mosque to be investigated in order to establish who is funding their activities, in a throwback to how Pelosi also claimed that the Tea Party was a phony "astroturf" movement being orchestrated by the Republican hierarchy.
"There is no question there is a concerted effort to make this a political issue by some. And I join those who have called for looking into how is this opposition to the mosque being funded," Pelosi told San Francisco's KCBS radio.
"How is this being ginned up that here we are talking about Treasure Island, something we've been working on for decades, something of great interest to our community as we go forward to an election about the future of our country and two of the first three questions are about a zoning issue in New York City," she added.
No matter where you stand on the proposed mosque, which is set to be built within a community center a couple of blocks from where the twin towers once stood, Pelosi's implication that opposition to its construction is being bankrolled by the Republican party is simply not true.
A Rasmussen poll conducted nearly a month ago, before the mosque story had received widespread media coverage, found that a mere 20 per cent of Americans supported the construction of the mosque. People were not swayed to oppose the mosque because of an engineered PR campaign to 'gin up' the controversy as Pelosi claims, they were opposed to it from the very start.
Pelosi's comments bear resemblance to similar rhetoric that we heard earlier this year, when she claimed the Tea Party movement was not grass roots because it was being orchestrated by the Republican establishment.

"The Republican Party directs a lot of what the Tea Party does, but not everybody in the Tea Party takes direction from the Republican Party. And so there was a lot of, shall we say, Astroturf, as opposed to grassroots," she stated at the time.
Pelosi is so arrogant and out of touch with the American people that she truly believes that any significant opposition to Barack Obama, who on Friday committed political suicide by publicly backing the mosque, and his policies is not the genuine backlash of millions of Americans sick to the back teeth with big government and must be artificially engineered.
When she is heckled and booed, as routinely happens when she makes any kind of public appearance, Pelosi resorts to blaming "insurance companies" and other mythical creatures of her imagination.
In reality, Obama's poll numbers continue to plunge to record lows as more Americans reject his policies and Pelosi's own approval rating according to a CBS poll stands at a pathetic 11 per cent, making her even more unpopular than George W. Bush ever was.
This is a woman who, along with Harry Reid who has even worse approval ratings, has come to represent the Obama administration's big government policies. She is despised by the vast majority of Americans and yet has the temerity to pretend that this resentment and opposition is an artificial construct of the Republican party.

Last Friday the former interim UN ambassador during the Bush administration went on Fox News and warned that if Israel did not conduct a bombing raid against Iran's nuclear energy program within a few days, the window of opportunity would be lost. Bolton made his comment following a report last week that Russia will begin loading nuclear fuel at Iran's Bushehr reactor on July 21.
"Once that uranium, once those fuel rods are very close to the reactor, certainly once they're in the reactor, attacking it means a release of radiation, no question about it," the AFP reports Bolton as saying today. "So if Israel is going to do anything against Bushehr it has to move in the next eight days."
On August 15, Infowars.com reported on comments made by Sergei Novikov, a spokesman for Rosatom, the Russian Energy State Nuclear Corp. "The fuel will be loaded on Aug 21. This is the start of the physical launch" of the reactor, he said. "From that moment the Bushehr plant will be officially considered a nuclear-energy installation." Russia is currently operating under a $1 billion contract with Iran and has worked for over a decade on the reactor.

The latest media hoax targeting Kentucky primary winner Rand Paul has exploded in the establishment's face after a claim that Paul "kidnapped" a woman during a college prank was revealed to be completely mischaracterized, showing once again how desperate the system is to discredit Paul and prevent him from leading a populist revolt against the status quo.
The corporate media has now launched no less than three hyped or outright manufactured "controversies" in an effort to tear down Paul's popularity in the less than three months since he won the Kentucky primary. The system is scared stiff of what Paul represents because he is a true constitutionalist with a real chance of winning in October after having brushed aside establishment Republican candidate Trey Grayson back in May.
On the very night of his primary success, the media kicked into high gear and instantly tried to characterize Paul as a hypocrite and a racist elitist simply because he held his victory celebration at a country club.
When this attempt to smear Paul fell flat on its face, the Civil Rights sideshow was ramped up, with MSNBC airing eight different segments totaling 37 minutes with every single guest attacking Rand Paul as a closet racist who wanted to repeal the Civil Rights Act, something which he never said. Indeed, although Paul expressed a nuanced view on the Civil Rights Act, he made it clear that he would not vote to repeal it. This didn't stop Rachel Maddow and MSNBC from publishing an out of context script in a crass stunt to make it appear as if Paul had answered "yes" to Maddow's question about whether businesses should have the right not to serve black people.
But with Paul still maintaining a healthy lead over his Democratic rival Jack Conway, the establishment was forced to launch its third absurd smear attack in as many months, by manufacturing a national controversy out of the claims of an anonymous woman who talked to GQ Magazine about a college prank Paul was involved in 30 years ago, alleging that Paul had "kidnapped" the woman and forced her to take drugs.
The hoax was unraveled when the woman later admitted to the Washington Post that she was not kidnapped, she was not forced drugged, and that "the whole thing has been blown out of proportion" because she willingly went along with the prank, which on the face of it is mild tomfoolery when measured against similar college hazing pranks performed today.
"That characterization of events supports Paul's claim that, as he told Fox News yesterday, "No, I never was involved with kidnapping. No, I never was involved with forcibly drugging people," concedes the Post.
"It is satisfying to see the libelous and grossly irresponsible charges of kidnapping completely shot down," Paul campaign spokesman Jesse Benton told the Post. "It remains puzzling to us why the drive-by media continues to focus on an alleged 30 year old teenage prank when our nation faces high unemployment, a thirteen trillion dollar debt and are threatened with a Cap and Trade national energy tax."
But that's not good enough for the Washington Post, who, with the "kidnap" hoax now firmly distinguished, still insist that Paul jokingly telling a college friend 30 years ago to "worship the Aqua Buddha," is an issue of national importance, even as America enters a third great depression.

When even the New York Times and CNN are admitting that the United States faces not only a double-dip recession but potentially a new great depression, any alarm bells that have not been rung should now be sounding loudly.
Following in the footsteps of the New York Times' David Krugman, who in June wrote that the United States had entered a third depression similar to the Long Depression of the 19th century, CNN Money carried an article yesterday brazenly entitled, Is this finally the economic collapse?.
The piece, written by Keith R. McCullough, points out that the Fed's announcement that it will start buying Treasury debt, is a "crossing the Rubicon" moment and "could lead the country to the brink of collapse".
"Crossing the 90% debt/GDP threshold is the equivalent of crossing the proverbial Rubicon of economic growth. It's a point from which it's almost impossible to return," states the article, adding that the market has not responded to quantitative easing so to engage in more of the same would be completely futile.
"With 40.8 million Americans on food stamps (record high) and 45% of the unemployed having been seeking employment for 27 weeks or more (record high), what's left if (or when) QE2 doesn't kick start GDP growth? Should we start begging for QE3? Should we cancel the bomb of the National Association of Realtors' existing home sales report, scheduled for public release on August 24th? Or should we bite the bullet and accept that current economic policy dictates 0% returns-on-savings, even as Washington continues to lever-up our future to the point of economic collapse?" writes McCullough.
The Dow Jones slipped by 265 points yesterday as both the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve indicated that, as we predicted all along, the happy clappers who blithely talked of "robust recovery" were in fact completely wrong and now that the futile and transitory life-support machine of quantitative easing has been turned off, the picture looks almost as bad as when the crisis began in 2008.

Christopher Bryson's widely acclaimed book The Fluoride Deception includes dozens of peer-reviewed studies showing that sodium fluoride is a deadly neurotoxin that attacks the central nervous system and leads to a multitude of serious health problems. This fact has been covered up by a collusion of government and industry who have reaped financial windfalls while illegally mass medicating the public against their will.
Perhaps the most notable study was conducted by Dr. Phyllis Mullenix Ph.D., a highly respected pharmacologist and toxicologist, who in a 1995 Forsyth Research Institute study found that rats who had fluoride added to their diet exhibited abnormal behavioral traits.
A 2008 Scientific American report concluded that "Scientific attitudes toward fluoridation may be starting to shift" as new evidence emerged of the poison's link to disorders affecting teeth, bones, the brain and the thyroid gland, as well as lowering IQ.
"Today almost 60 percent of the U.S. population drinks fluoridated water, including residents of 46 of the nation's 50 largest cities," reported Scientific American's Dan Fagin, an award-wining environmental reporter and Director of New York University's Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program.
The Scientific American study "Concluded that fluoride can subtly alter endocrine function, especially in the thyroid — the gland that produces hormones regulating growth and metabolism."
The report also notes that "a series of epidemiological studies in China have associated high fluoride exposures with lower IQ."
"Epidemiological studies and tests on lab animals suggest that high fluoride exposure increases the risk of bone fracture, especially in vulnerable populations such as the elderly and diabetics," writes Fagin.
Fagin interviewed Steven Levy, director of the Iowa Fluoride Study which tracked about 700 Iowa children for sixteen years. Nine-year-old "Iowa children who lived in communities where the water was fluoridated were 50 percent more likely to have mild fluorosis... than [nine-year-old] children living in nonfluoridated areas of the state," writes Fagin.
The study adds to a growing literature of shocking scientific studies proving fluoride's link with all manner of health defects, even as governments in the west, including the UK, make plans to mass medicate the population against their will with this deadly toxin. Most Americans already drink artificially fluoridated water.
In 2005, a study conducted at the Harvard School of Dental Health found that fluoride in tap water directly contributes to causing bone cancer in young boys.
"New American research suggests that boys exposed to fluoride between the ages of five and 10 will suffer an increased rate of osteosarcoma -- bone cancer -- between the ages of 10 and 19," according to a London Observer article about the study.
Based on the findings of the study, the respected Environmental Working Group lobbied to have fluoride in tap water be added to the US government's classified list of substances known or anticipated to cause cancer in humans.

Wired Magazine writer Jonah Lehrer claims his critics are engaging in "cognitive dissonance," by expressing concern about experimental vaccines, which in fact is the perfect description for Lehrer's own behavior.
Wired Magazine writer Jonah Lehrer attempts to offset the overwhelmingly critical response to his attack on Alex Jones by characterizing skepticism of authority in the context of vaccines and mass medication as a psychological dysfunction, despite the fact that the history of government-funded medical research in the United States is replete with examples of scientific abuse against unwitting victims.
Lehrer fires another salvo in the controversy surrounding brain-altering vaccines that eliminate stress and induce artificial states of "focused calm" by portraying those who are concerned about the potential abuse of such treatments as paranoid cult members who believe in space aliens coming to rescue them from an imminent apocalypse.
Unable to properly address Alex Jones' video journal about the dangers of mind-altering vaccines point by point, Lehrer resorts instead to retelling a completely unrelated story from the 1950′s about a woman in Minneapolis who thought a giant spaceship would rescue her from the end of the world.

According to Lehrer, people who are concerned about fluoridated drinking water and the New World Order, in other words, anyone who expresses consternation about what they are putting in their own body or what powerful people are planning to do with the planet, are mentally disturbed cult members who are victims of cognitive dissonance.
Of course, Lehrer's tactic of labeling of those who disagree with him in pointing out that there are very real proposals to mass medicate the water supply with lithium, in addition to the already prevalent neurotoxin sodium fluoride, with a psychological dysfunction, could just as easily be applied to Lehrer himself.
The acid test on who is engaging in cognitive dissonance and 'doubling down' on their beliefs even in light of conflicting evidence, be it Lehrer or the "conspiracy theorists," has to come down to the basic facts.
It's a fact that Lehrer's own fellow Oxford luminary Julian Savulescu, in a 2008 white paper, called for populations to be mass-medicated through pharmacological 'cognitive enhancements' added to the water supply.
It's a fact that Professor Allan Young of Vancouver's Institute for Mental Health told the BBC that "Large-scale trials involving the addition of lithium to drinking water supplies may...be feasible," following claims that lithium led to a reduction in the number of suicides in Japan and helped to alleviate "mood disorders".
It's a fact that Barack Obama's top science czar John P. Holdren advocated in his own textbook Ecoscience that a "planetary regime" should employ a "global police force" to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply.
These facts are not a product of some spurious Internet link found on Google, as Lehrer spins it, nor do they have anything to do with alien spaceships or the apocalypse, they were either written or said directly by the individuals themselves.
In Lehrer's first article on the subject, he wrote that people who expressed concern about proposals to put lithium as well as sterilants in the water supply were trafficking in "idiotic conspiracy theories".
Lehrer's knee jerk denial of these manifestly provable facts that he derides as "idiotic conspiracy theories" is proof positive that it's Lehrer himself, and not the conspiracy theorists, who is engaging in cognitive dissonance and "doubling down" on his beliefs even in light of conflicting evidence.

Rep. Charles Rangel may be in trouble because he is your standard corrupt district of criminals opportunist, but that has not killed his mandatory slavery bill. On July 15, Rangel introduced H.R. 5741, the Universal National Service Act, and it was referred to the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel on July 23. Even though the bill does not have co-sponsors, it is currently under debate. "I have introduced legislation to reinstate the draft and to make it permanent during time of war," said Rep. Charles Rangel.
"I have introduced legislation to reinstate the draft and to make it permanent during time of war. It is H.R. 5741, and what this does is to make everyone between the ages of 18 and 42 -- whether they're men or women, whether they're straight or gay -- to have the opportunity to defend this great country whenever the president truly believes that our national security is threatened," Rangel said from the floor of the House.
Rangel specifically said the legislation is designed to be used "during time of war." On the day before Rangel's slavery bill went to the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Military Personnel, Texas Rep. Louis Buller Gohmert introduced House Resolution 1553. It has since been referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs.

In a 2008 paper titled, "Fluoride and the Future: Population Level Cognitive Enhancement," Oxford bioethics professor Julian Savulescu claims that water fluoridation may be key to the "future of humanity." He argues that "fluoridation may not merely be about tooth decay... [but] the drive to be better."
Drugging the population's water supply, Savulescu claims, is a form of "enhancement" that can pave the way to a future where mental abilities and other functions could be improved with drugs. Savulescu writes:
"Fluoridation is the tip of the enhancement iceberg. Science is progressing fast to develop safe and effective cognitive enhancers, drugs which will improve our mental abilities. For years, people have used crude enhancers, usually to promote wakefulness, like nicotine, caffeine and amphetamines. A new generation of more effective enhancers is emerging modafenil, ritalin, Adderral and ampakines and the piracetam family of memory improvers."
But once highly safe and effective cognitive enhancers are developed -- as they almost surely will be -- the question will arise whether they should be added to the water, like fluoride, or our cereals, like folate. It seems likely that widespread population level cognitive enhancement will be irresistible.
