Madame Napolitano of the Ministry of the Fatherland plans to take naked body scanners to the next level. She is urging 190 nations to adopt the machines. It's all part of a push to counter terrorists who might use international flights for attacks by smuggling explosives through overseas metal detectors, according to USA Today. As should be expected, the poster child for the effort is Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the infamous underwear non-bomber.

Kean and Hamilton now head the National Security Preparedness Group of the Bipartisan Policy Center, a globalist think tank cooked up by Howard Baker, Tom Daschle, Bob Dole and George Mitchell to keep the terror sideshow rolling along. "Electoral politics are partisan -- policy should not be," is the motto of the BPC. Policy, of course, is set by the big boys without direct input of the plebeian masses.
The BPC report authored by Kean and Hamilton and issued earlier this month says al-Qaeda may blow up a jet with a surface-to-air missile — maybe one of those left-over Stingers the CIA gave to the Mujaheddin, later to become al-Qaeda — or they will hit a hotel chain à la Mumbai or other "symbolic targets," preferably associated with Israel and the Jews.
"The idea that the American people have that this (threat) is fading into the past is just flat wrong," said Hamilton. His report characterizes the last year as "a watershed in terrorist attacks and plots in the United States," including the apprehension of hapless Muslims who make the mistake of traveling "overseas for terrorist training" (they visit Pakistan).
Napolitano will now take her effort to sell the world on naked body scanners to the United Nations, or at least its aviation branch. "The nearly 200 nations that make up ICAO will agree Wednesday to improve aviation security through better technology and more sharing of information about terrorist threats, ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) Secretary General Raymond Benjamin said in an interview," reports USA Today. Under the earlier plans for NAIS, each animal would have to be identified and physically tagged, in many cases with radio frequency tags or microchips. Factory farms of chickens and swine would be able to identify whole groups of animals with one number, but most regular farmers and individuals would have to identify each animal individually. "Events" in the animal's life would have to be reported within 24 hours. All of this information will be kept in databases by the state government or private companies, while the federal government will have the right to access the databases as it deems necessary.
Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has stated that it is dropping the original plans for NAIS, Big Ag and Big Tech continue to push for the program at both the federal and state levels.
The NAIS does not distinguish between large corporate factory farms and the smallest family farm, pleasure horse owner, or the grandmother with a few laying hens. The NAIS will drive small and medium-size farmers and ranchers out of business, increasing the consolidation of our food supply into the hands of a few large, multinational corporations. Globalists representing 60 nations will meet at the UN this coming week to push a tax on world financial transactions in the name of solving poverty and climate change, formally launching a massive program to bankrupt the middle class and enrich the coffers of global government.
"Spearheaded by European Union countries, the so-called "innovative financing" proposal envisages a tax of 0.005 percent (five cents per $1,000), which experts estimate could produce more than $30 billion a year worldwide for priority causes," reports CNS News.
As Ira Stoll, editor of FutureCapitalism.com, points out, new taxes always start off small so as to not be resisted by the people forced to pay them, and are then always gradually increased.
"When people suggest taxes, they always start out 'small," said Stoll.
"But once the door is opened to the idea of 'global taxes,' you can bet they won't end small. Never mind all the issues about whether development aid actually helps poor countries or just winds up empowering corrupt local dictators and their cronies."
The call for a global transaction tax arrives in the aftermath of a leaked UN blueprint which outlined how elitists plan to re-brand global warming in an effort to dismantle the middle class by instituting a "global redistribution of wealth" via carbon taxes.
The aim is to "limit and redirect the aspirations for a better life of rising middle classes around the world," in other words to reduce the standard of living for the middle classes in Western Europe and America.
However, as was uncovered during the Copenhagen summit, the program of "global redistribution of wealth" and transaction taxes largely centers around looting the wealth of the middle classes in richer countries and then using that money to bankroll the construction of world government. As the leaked "Danish text" revealed, the money generated from consumption taxes will go directly to the World Bank, not to developing countries to lower carbon emissions or alleviate poverty.
Under the terms of this proposal, poorer countries will not simply be handed the money pillaged from richer nations, instead they will be forced to accept "green loans" in the name of combating climate change, a policy that would land the already financially devastated third world with even more debt, payable to globalist institutions such as the IMF.
Even if you accept that global institutions who have proven to be completely corrupt time and time again should be empowered to steal from the rich and give to the poor, these proposals don't even do that. This is all about bankrolling the expansion of world government and creating a giant slush fund that will be used to coerce smaller countries into allowing themselves to be ruled and regulated by a global bureaucracy funded by increasingly destitute taxpayers in the west.
We warned that globalists were embarking on a global financial transaction tax back in December when Lord Monckton obtained the draft proposals for the Copenhagen summit.
As Monckton revealed at the time, the end game is to, "Tax the American economy to the extent of 2 percent GDP, to impose a further tax of 2 percent on every financial transaction....and to close down effectively the economies of the west, transfer your jobs to third world countries."
The tax, which was vehemently supported by President Obama in Copenhagen, will cost American families already laboring under the greatest financial collapse for generations at least $3,000 a year just for starters.
There can no longer be any denial that a world government is preparing to plunder the west by enforcing a myriad of different global consumption taxes, from financial levies to a carbon tax which will do absolutely nothing to address real environmental issues and will be used solely to expand the power of the World Bank, the IMF and the United Nations.

Allied to the global tax assault is the newly published IMF strategy document that calls for the implementation of a global currency, called the "bancor", which will be pushed through by means of draconian regulatory measures that eviscerate sovereignty rights of nation states and hand complete economic control of the global economy over to a tiny and despotic ruling elite. The "bancor" will hand the IMF the power to manipulate exchange rates and determine the eventual collapse of the dollar.

Global warming loons are at it again -- despite the science behind man-made climate change being completely discredited by the Climategate fiasco and with increasing numbers of Americans skeptical about AGW, mad scientists at the Carnegie Institution are using taxpayer money to lay the groundwork for injecting the atmosphere with dangerous compounds which are known to cause debilitating health problems and could lead to massive droughts and famines.
Alarmists are once again trying to play God in a bid to solve an imaginary climate crisis based around their own fraudulent belief system, fully aware of the fact that the consequences of their actions will likely kill off millions in the third world, people who they see as nothing more than "useless eaters".
Based around the madcap method of "injecting aerosols of sulfate into the stratosphere" to produce "a global sunshade," researchers at the Carnegie Institution's Department of Global Ecology have been running advanced trials on how to distribute artificially added sulfates to the atmosphere in the name of cooling the planet.
"The Carnegie scientists ran five simulations using a global climate model with different sulfate aerosol concentrations depending on latitude. They then used the results from these simulations in an optimization model to determine what distribution of sulfates would come closest to achieving specified climate goals. They then tested these distributions in the global climate model to assess how well the climate goals were met," states a press release about the study.
One of the main authors of the study was Ken Caldeira, the man who told a conference of fellow warmists earlier this year that it would be a good idea to make the emission of CO2 an illegal act. Presumably, that would include the very process of breathing since all humans exhale carbon dioxide. That's right -- the man tasked with playing God with the environment thinks breathing should be criminalized.
But it gets worse -- Caldeira is an advisor for and is being funded by Bill Gates -- the man who thinks that old people should be killed to save teaching jobs, and the man who says that vaccines which his foundation bankrolls to the tune of billions should be used to lower population and bring CO2 emissions down to a level approaching zero.
This gaggle of Dr. Strangelove characters, people like White House science czar and geo-engineering enthusiast John Holdren, the man who advocated forced sterilization, mandatory abortion, and drugging the water supply, are now tinkering with the planet in pursuit of their barbaric eugenicist agenda.
Would you let Ted Bundy take your teenage daughter out on a date? Would you allow Ian Brady and Myra Hindley to baby sit your children? The Aspen Ideas Festival is a project of the Aspen Institute. The Aspen Institute is primarily funded by foundations such as the Carnegie Corporation, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Ford Foundation. In 1952, the Rockefellers established the Population Council, a eugenics operation.
Jurriaan Maessen and other researchers have documented how the Rockefeller Foundation has pioneered "anti-fertility vaccines" and worked with the UN Population Fund, World Bank and World Health Organization to reduce world population. "Just four years after the Rockefeller Foundation launched massive funding-operations into anti-fertility vaccines, the Task Force was created under auspices of the World Health Organization, World Bank and UN Population Fund," writes Maessen.
The Carnegie Institution established a laboratory complex at Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island in 1904 that stockpiled millions of index cards on ordinary Americans, as researchers carefully plotted the removal of families, bloodlines and whole peoples. "From Cold Spring Harbor, eugenics advocates agitated in the legislatures of America, as well as the nation's social service agencies and associations," Edwin Black wrote for the San Francisco Chronicle in 2003.
In the United States, key eugenic organizations funded by the Rockefeller, Harriman and Carnegie families included the American Eugenics Society, and its sister organization, the American Society of Human Genetics established in 1947, the above mentioned Cold Springs Harbor Experimental Station for the Study of Evolution, the Eugenic Record Office, and the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research.

Prior to the passage of Obamacare, the corporate media excoriated critics of the plan for mentioning inclusion of death panels. As Joseph Ashby notes, however, death panels were established before Obamacare was enacted.
The Recovery and Reinvestment Act, commonly known as the Stimulus Bill, provided more than a billion dollars to fund the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research. The Council was devised by former Health and Human Services Secretary Nominee Tom Daschle. "Daschle's stated purpose (and therefore President Obama's purpose) for creating the Council is to empower an unelected bureaucracy to make the hard decisions about health care rationing that elected politicians are politically unable to make," writes Ashby.
Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, the brother of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, sits on the Council. Under the rubric of "social justice," Emanuel advocates denying medical care to patients who are no longer "participating citizens," that is to say people who are considered useless eaters by the state. "Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination," writes Emanuel, "every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Texas Congressman Ron Paul has hinted that he is strongly considering another Presidential run in 2012.
Paul, who previously ran for the Republican nomination in 2008 and under the Libertarian Party in 1988, told an interviewer that "It's something I think about every single day,".
The Congressman's comments came during an interview with his former House colleague, Bob Bauman, legal counsel for The Sovereign Society -- an independent investment advisory group.
Paul said it would "be a tough decision", but that he believes the American people are ready to embrace a new political direction.
The comments have not been picked by by mainstream media sources as of yet.
The Congressman has previously downplayed rumours of another Presidential campaign, saying it is unlikely. However, following a string of successes in recent surveys and straw polls, including victory in the Conservative Political Action Conference's (CPAC) presidential straw poll, it seems Paul is now reconsidering his earlier statements.

Paul's comments add weight to more recent rumblings that he may once again pick up the presidential campaign mantle in 2012. Earlier this year the Congressman's wife, Carol, stated "If you would ask him now he would probably say 'no', but he did say...things are happening so quickly and fast in our country, if we're at a crisis period and they need someone...with the knowledge he has...then he would do it."
Jesse Benton, Senior VP of Paul's advocacy group Campaign for Liberty, has said of the prospective run: "If the decision had to be made today, it would be 'no', but he is considering it very strongly and there is a decent likelihood that he will. A lot of it depends on things going on in his personal life and also what's going on in the country."

Charles Manson, the man who masterminded the brutal murders of nine people in the summer of 1969 in an effort to spark a race war in America, has adopted a new cause from his prison cell in California -- he is a prophet for the global warming movement -- sharing common ground with top academics, environmentalists and even the White House science czar in calling for large numbers of human beings to be exterminated in the name of saving the Earth.
A study of Manson's belief system is an alarming exercise in understanding the roots of the modern day eugenicist movement, which is propagated via the notion that overpopulation is killing the planet and causing global warming.
The infamous "Manson family" were responsible for the barbaric slayings of actress Sharon Tate and her unborn baby, as well as Rosemary LaBianca and her husband Leno, murders that sent shock waves through America and marked a sudden and crashing halt to the "free love" hippy movement of the 60's. Manson himself shot and wounded one man, Bernard Crowe, and directed his cult-like followers in the murders of nine other victims.
Manson masterminded the murders in a bid to precipitate a race war between whites and blacks which he dubbed "Helter Skelter," a term he took from the Beatles song of the same name. Manson and his followers were arrested for the murders in October, November and December of 1969 and all received life sentences.
Preaching the same cause as James Jay Lee, the crazed eco-warrior who stormed a Discovery Channel building last week armed with guns and explosives, Manson continues to attract a loyal following from new members of his "family" who share the notorious killer's obsession with the need to exterminate humans in order to save the Earth from global warming.
Manson, who still adorns a Nazi swastika tattoo on his forehead, did not glom on to the global warming bandwagon after seeing Al Gore's Inconvenient Truth, the movie that gunman Lee cited as his inspiration, he was preaching about the need to kill people in order to save the polar ice caps from melting as far back as the mid-80's.

'Machete' reached the #3 spot at the box office opening weekend. But after viewing the film, it is clear that its producers lied about the extent of the film's racial message, which includes vulgar atrocities, like the killing of a pregnant woman attempting to cross the border in the opening scene. This deception about the film's message could bring its tax incentives, worth millions in production costs, into question.
When Alex Jones expressed concern in May that a leaked script portrayed white characters as vehemently racist and wantonly murderous, or that a Latino mob is roused to take on border vigilantes in racial conflict, director Rodriguez assured Ain't It Cool News that he'd 'had too much tequila,' those types of scenes wouldn't make it to the final edited version. Producer Elizabeth Avellan went on the attack just before the release, defending the tax incentives 'Machete' had practically already been assured. Avellan denounced the 'uproar over the film' as "unfounded and unnecessary," stating there was 'no reason for a denial of incentives':
"A lot of people made up a lot of stuff in terms of what the movie is about and who the bad guy is," she said. "There were a lot of things that people misconstrued ... without even knowing the script and pretending they have a script."
Now there is no doubt. Nearly everything Jones quoted from the script was on screen in one form or another-- and its tone was clear: opposition to illegal immigration is tantamount to murder, white racism and vile Machiavellian scheming. The scenes that were excised from script only repeated the one-sided demonization of the Freedom Force vigilantes, who were to murder a young child on the border at the end, but was left behind for a different sequence altogether.
Reviewers like 'Big Hollywood' panned the film as 'Dull, Convoluted, Racist and Anti-American," criticizing that: "'Machete' offers no middle ground, no reasonable, non-racist position against wide open borders for those fleeing from what one character describes as the "personal hell" that is Mexico."
Who the illegals fight against on screen is one thing. What their words mean is altogether something else. That's the shell game Rodriguez plays and his racially divisive messaging goes way beyond the normal cinematic political posturing and button-pushing. And you will never see a more stereotypically racist portrayal of Southerners, who, in an obvious reference to the border Minute Men, are not only played for cheap laughs but portrayed as sub-human animals who hunt and murder illegals -- kill a helpless pregnant woman and say "Welcome to America."
Rodriguez & crew played everyone as fools, knowing full well what the film would contain. Does Texas want to subsidize the films of Robert Rodriguez and continue to give him a platform to spew divisive racially-tinted trash oriented at Hispanics and attempting to radicalize their views?
